Code of Conduct
Aisle7 Blog Content is monitored and all issues, inquiries or reports of problems or concern regarding the Content must be directed to the Aisle7 Webmaster ( ).

We take responsibility for our own words. We are committed to the "Civility Enforced" standard: we ourselves will not post unacceptable content, and we'll use our best efforts to prevent any other person from posting unacceptable. We define and determine "unacceptable content" on a case-by-case basis, and our definitions are not limited to this list nor is the list intended to be exhaustive. Without limitation, we deem unacceptable content as anything included or linked to that:

• is being used to abuse, harass, stalk, or threaten others;
  
• is libelous, defamatory, knowingly false, ad-hominem, or misrepresents or is injurious to another person;
  
• infringes or violates any copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret, privacy right or other intellectual property right of any third party;
  
• violates an obligation of confidentiality;
  
• posts or discloses any personally identifying information or private information about any third parties without their express consent;
  
• contains nudity, pornography, adult content, materials with sex or foul language or otherwise that exploits children under 18 years of age;
  
• condones, promotes, contains, or links to warez, cracks, hacks, their associated utilities, or other piracy related information, whether for educational purposes or not;
  
• promotes mail fraud, multi-level marketing (pyramid) schemes or other illegal or fraudulent activities;
  commercially promotes a product or service not approved by Aisle7;
  
• is Reverse engineering, reverse compiling or otherwise deriving the underlying source code or structure or sequence of any Aisle7 service, solution or technology; or
  
• is or could be deemed unacceptable or illegal by us.

Content Postings

• We connect privately before we respond publicly. When we encounter conflicts and misrepresentation in the blogosphere, we make every effort to talk privately and directly to the person(s) involved–or find an intermediary who can do so–before we publish any posts or comments about the issue.
  
• We do not modify Content postings; however, we reserve the right to choose not to post and/or remove Content in which Aisle7 determines, in its sole discretion, to be unacceptable content, in violation of Aisle7 Terms of Use or for any other purpose. We prefer not to respond to nasty comments about us or our blog, as long as they don't veer into abuse or libel.
  
• We do not allow anonymous comments. We require commenters to supply a valid email address before they can post, though we allow commenters to identify themselves with an alias, rather than their real name. Note however, that once you post something, it will be available for public display and we will have no obligation to remove it. Therefore, please consider the content of your postings before making them.
  
• Aisle7 may terminate and/or deny your access to the Aisle7 Blogs at any time, without notice, for conduct that is in breach of the terms herein.
  
• User's use of the Blog must be in compliance with all applicable laws at all times, our Terms of Use and our privacy policy.

Right to Modify Policy
Aisle7 reserves the right to change its code of conduct standard at any time without any notice. Aisle7 does not modify Content.

Aisle7 reserves the right to modify its Terms of Use Policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Policy to this URL: Aisle7.net/terms-of-use.php. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Blog remains in compliance with the Policy.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Blog may be modified or terminated at any time by Aisle7 for any reason, and without notice, without liability to you, the Blog Admin and/or other Users of the Blog or any third party.

Limitation of Liability
USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT AISLE7 HAS NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER WITH REGARDS TO CONTENT POSTED BY USERS TO THE BLOG. AISLE7 DOES NOT CONTROL OR GUARENTEE THE ACCURACY, INTEGRITY OR QUALITY OF THE CONTENT. IT IS THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO EVALUATE, BEAR ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY RELIANCE ON THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF SUCH CONTENT.

AISLE7 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DANAGES, INJURY OR ECONOMIC LOSS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE CONTENT PROVIDED ON THE BLOGS.
